IN THIS PART OF THE CONTRACT, THE EMPLOYMENT MANAGER MUST UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE LABOR CONTRACT IN CONGRADULATED WORDS. IN THIS PART OF THE CONTRACT, Shoider company must address the need for employees to continuously improve their skills and knowledge. THE EMPLOYMENT MANAGER MUST UNDERSTAND THAT OPTIMIZING OR EVEN IMPROVING AN EMPIRE'S TALENTS CAN ONLY BE ACCOMPLISHED BY LEARNING AND ADAPTATION.
THE COMPANY MUST PROVIDE EMPLOYEES WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE A CULTURAL SPREAD, WORKERSHIP PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, AND EMPLOYMENT TRAINING THAT SHODeR company HOPES TO ENHANCE IN THE FUTURE. THIS INCLUDES PROVIDING EMPLOYEES WITH ACCESS TO TRAINING PROGRAMS, LEARNING RESOURCES, AND OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE NEW CAREER PATHS.
